Every sentence on masturbate-and-chill.live is our own and every image is drawn in code; we put no photos or clips online. The cam site that Start opens streams from its own servers, and none of it lands on ours. Still think something here copies work you own or represent? Notices are welcome and are handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. What your notice must contain

Send it with the contact form, topic “Copyright (DMCA)”. Please include:

  1. the physical or electronic signature of the owner or of someone allowed to act for the owner;
  2. which work you say is copied – for many works, a sample list is enough;
  3. the full URL of the page on this site that shows it;
  4. how we can reach you, for instance by email;
  5. your good faith belief that neither the rights owner, nor an agent, nor any law has permitted the use;
  6. your declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that every detail is correct and that you may speak for the owner.

Complete notices get prompt attention: the page part in question goes offline while we review it. Notices with gaps get a short reply listing what is still needed.

2. Counter-notice

A counter notice travels the same way, via the form. It should carry your signature; identify what was taken down and its former address; state under penalty of perjury that, in good faith, you consider the removal an error or a mix-up; give your name and postal address; and accept the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district you live in. We forward the counter notice to the original complainant. If no lawsuit is reported to us during the next 10 to 14 working days, the material may return.

3. Content stored elsewhere

Cam rooms, profiles and recordings on linked services, including the partner cam site behind Start, sit on those companies’ servers. Takedown requests for them belong with the company concerned; established services list a DMCA contact of their own.

4. Possible minors

Material that may involve someone under 18 is a case for child-protection authorities, not for copyright law. Report it to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678 right away. Afterwards, drop us a line too and we will remove every link pointing there.
